The examinerAlexander Kist, is responsible for the overall conduct of the course, the overall assessment and final award of grades.

The assistant examiners, Badri Basnet (Surveying, geographic information systems), Ian Brodie (Agricultural, environmental, civil), Andreas Helwig (Electrical/electronic, computer systems, software, instrumentation,& control) and Ray Malpress (Mechatronic, mechanical) provide discipline-specific advice to the examiner on all aspects of the course, particularly in relation to the offering of USQ Professional Development Activities, to ensure that appropriate choice is available for students of all majors.

The project administrator, Carolyn Saffron, undertakes the record-keeping and other administrative support associated with this course and ENG4903 Professional practice 2.

The moderator, Ray Malpress, generally oversees procedures and decisions made in the organisation and delivery of the course, and the award of the final grades.

Each activity will be managed by an academic staff member of the Faculty. In many cases this staff member will actually run the activity, but demonstrators, postgraduate students and technical staff may also be involved. Likewise professional engineers, professional surveyors and others with particular expertise from outside the Faculty may also conduct particular professional development activities.
